Everything has been working well till yesterday morning. Suddenly my phone has switched off. It didnt start for a while. after some trial the phone has started and complete blue light was displayed. I have removed my sims amd then tried again. It started and everything was dead slow. i have restored my factory settings. It didnot look satisfactory and i did factory restore again. it is working slowly. Some apps are not even opening, chrome is also not working. Can I make my mobile working perfectly as before? Please help.
Complete reset didn't solved, no virus detected, even with no apps working the phone works ultra slowly, I can't even answer phone calls because it unlocks too late...
