Xperia M headset problem

I bought a new headset (UrBeats) and my phone is playing music with speaker while my urbeats connected

Could you test different headphones?

I tested my sony headphones without mic and it worked fine

Then there's nothing wrong with your phone, perhaps the headphones or it's a compatibility issue.
