while updating xperia m crashed

My phone is crashed while upadating the device software using sony software companion.The sony logo is blinking continuously,even the power button is not working.

Turn off the Xperia M > charge it for 1 hours > repair the phone with SUS (the phone has to be off)

Have you tried removing & replacing the battery.?

I think that because of SPC error. Try to reinstall SPC.
