There is an unknown error occurrence in camera mode

Am using sony xperia m.... Just bought five days ago. When the manual mode is selected and backlight hdr mode is chosen... There is no capturing of two images. It captures only one image and shows unknown error. Why is that error occuring ?

Try settings-apps-all-camera,force stop and clear data.Restart your device.

If i do that will it erase all pictures videos ?

Nope,it will only reset the camera app.

No sir. It is still the same. And there is one more enquiry...i need to know Brightness lowering apart frm tat settings. Even if the brightness is made to lowest level it still looks bright nd bcums difficult to use it in night time. And where will be torch option

And one more query... Whatsapp voice notes. Whatsapp prof pics ... Where those get saved? There is no filemanager in sony then wher does it get saved ?

You have to download a file manager from google play and explore whatsapp folder.About the camera,I think you should try a software repair.
