M4 Aqua won't start

I have an M4 Water, which was very good. But I fell to the water, while taking a picture. After that, the cell phone did not work anymore.

I had read that it was water resistant, but it did not work for me.

I tried to find and contact a Sony service here in Argentina, but I did not find it.

The cell phone had 10 days of use, I cost € 400. And has no arrangement ????

Could anyone help me ???.

Tengo un M4 Agua, que andaba muy bien. Pero se me cayo al agua,  mientras sacaba una foto. Luego de eso, el Celular No Funcionó Más. 

Había leído que era Resistente al agua, pero no funcionó en mi caso. 

Intente encontrar y contactar algún servicio de Sony acá en Argentina, pero no encontré. 

El celular tenía 10 días de uso, me costo €400.  Y no tiene arreglo????

Podría alguien ayudarme ???.
