Battery does not charge beyond 86%

Hi @Ya_Kha, sorry to hear about this.

Is it the same if you try charging your device when it's powered off or while rebooted in safe mode? If you are charging the device using a USB port on for example, a computer, try charging it using a wall socket and with the original charger and cable that was included together with your device.

the same, still continues but with a different company charger it charges upto 100%.

Can you charge the device to 100% when you are only using the USB cable and not the wall mounted charger? That way we can see if it's the wall mounted charger that is the cause of this or a combination of the cable and the charger.
