Hello! My sensor does not seem to work properly ever since I bought M4 Aqua Dual phone. When I do the proximity to ear test, the vibration starts immediately. If I understand correctly, it should only start if screen/sensor is covered. Covering/uncovering front screen does not change anything, vibration continues unabated.
I have trouble taking calls, the screen sometimes remains black and I can't take call. Also it does not light up when I take the phone away from my ear.
I did not put any screen covers on my phone, but I am starting to worry, how do I check to make sure there is no factory screen cover??
If this is not screen cover, then what should I do, do I need to take it to service center? Or should I try the PCC thing first?
