Xperia M5 actually pairs with headset MBH10, but it can't be used for calls. I can use it for multimedia and music, but for calls, I can't use it. There's an option to turn on call audio when I click MBH10 under Bluetooth Devices, but this option is greyed out.
Old Xperia M pairs just fine with MBH10.
Tried everything. Rebooting, pairing again and again, nothing.

Hi @Jotenko,
Based on the compatibility list, the M5 is not compatible with the device, this is likely why you are having issues with connection.
Compatibility list MBH10
Based on the requirements for use it is theoretically possible that these two devices would work together, however, if you have gone through multiple troubleshooting then this is not likely going to work correctly.
You could try booting the M5 into Safe Mode and testing.
let me know how you get on.

What do you mean by "resetting" the MBH10? I've put MBH10 in pairing mode several times, and I actually pairs with Xperia M5, problem is that Xperia M5 can use it for music and video only, can't use it for calls.
It's like Xperia M5 sees the headset as a regular speaker, with no microphone.

I bought the MBH20 and works perfectly with the Xperia M5. MBH10 is not compatible.
This should really be more clear in Sony's website. Xperia M5 doesn't show as compatible for both MBH10 and MBH20, but it works only with MBH20.
Is the customer supposed to just guess?
This is the info taken from Sony's website, btw:

Hi!
Even if this topic is bit old (was the only topic found when searching for MBH20), I thought I had to reply cause I found it being "wrong"...
MBH10 + M5 is working perfectly well. Phone calls, music been working perfectly for 2 years.
(note this is not the M5 dual)
I lost the MBH10 a month ago, so I bought a MBH20 instead. This one is not working at all when used for phone calls. Pairs just fine, diagnostics are OK etc... But the other end only hear noises if anything at all. The MBH20 is tested on other Xperia and works fine.
Restored the phone to factory settings did not help a bit
And of course, all this 2 weeks after warranty expired
