Ok so I was using my phone and all of a sudden it closed the apps for no reason so I thought it would be wise to reboot the phone. Big mistake. Now it's stuck on the wave logo when you boot the phone and it gets really hot. I installed PC Companion because i saw that you could factory restore from there but it's really no helpful. I connected my phone OFF with volume down pressed and it says that i have to disconnect and turn on the phone, and connect again, but i can't turn on my phone:(.
It says here "Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair" and when I click on Update my phone/tablet it says that! (that i have to turn on my phone) and obviously i don't see any blue repair, please help.
Sorry for my bad English

I keep getting this over and over again, no matter how many times i click "OK"
I can't see the picture until it gets approved by a moderator. upload it to box or dropbox or drive and post the link
the phone has to be off > you have to press and hold the volume button before you connect the USB cable
I know that, and i did it, it still shows me that. I hold the volume button and connect and the led goes from Red to green then i click on phone / tablet update software and it shows that window (the one on the dropbox)
Check this link ( software repair using PC Companion ) for detailed process, you need to switch off your phone and disconnect it from PC, then start PC Companion and choose the repair option BEFORE connecting your phone, and don't connect it until the software asks you to hold power down and insert USB.
