Hi,
If the back cover is slightly open, I do not suggest that you expose the phone to water. I suggest that you visit nearest service center in this case to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

It's my father's mobile i bought it to him from Saudi Arabia (we live in Egypt) and then we discovered that the back cover is slightly opened from the camera button's location and micro sd's location, the mobile keeps restarting while giving blue screen at first, it also do a lot of crazy stuff like over-heating from the rear camera location while no apps are running and even in safe mode "which i consider the main reason of restarting repeatedly" , copying icons to home screen and random touches on the screen shown as circles, it's also most of the times gets laggy.
If i could visit a Sony service provider in Egypt while the guarantee is from Saudi Arabia, is it Okay? or what should i do?!

Based on your other post, I think it's a hardware problem rather than software

@Phy
I've done a software repair and still the same. I do believe it's a hardware problem due to that openings on the back cover
