Wifi and Mobile Data disconnecting

Every time I reboot my phone (I turn it off for the nights) or unplug the charger, Wifi and Mobile Data disconnect by themselves. Is there a setting to stop this? It's just a minor annoyance, but it would be really great if those settings could stay always on...
