Hi I dont believe you can on a Flash Drive or Storage device, it has to be a product that is designed to play music, as the product like a Walkman has software to read and find the files listed in the Playlist, these are created by the software in conjuction with the player. With Mass storage devices, the player will read the FAT (File Allocation Table) to see what is there, the only time Tag data is displayed is when the track is playing.
