No sound on You Tube on BluRay bdp-S570

I get no sound on YouTube and some other channels inc Music Unlimited on BluRay bdp-S570, although I get perfect sound on BBC iPlayer, Demand FIVE and others.

I have tried re-setting, better cables, different HDMI sockets on TV and nothing works.

Anyone help?
