Website problem
I thought I should let people know that there is a problem with the Sony website. I had online orders cancelled last week that still persist.
When you click on the order number to enquire why the product was cancelled you are prompted to complete a form. After completing it and pressing send, a message appears to say engineers "we"re working on it" come back later.
The problem has persisted since last week. Notified Sony but I am also letting you know.

Do you mean you had ordered something that was cancelled by Sony
or you cancelled something that you ordered?

SONY. No explanation was offered just an email notification. Not
satisfactory.
The link to the reference cancellation number (that one can clicks on) in
order to fill in an online template was not working as late as today. Just
an indication to say 'engineers are working on it'.
I have followed up with SONY Support and an awaiting a response. However,
my fear is that it will take weeks to get a response based on previous
experiences by which time the Black Friday deal will be finished.
My bank confirmed this has nothing to do with them having spoken to them a
couple of time. BR

Sony cancelled the order 3 times. Supervisor rang me last Friday. Waiting on a return phone call for a resolution. There must be thousands of people who had similar things occur to them.
Obtained proof from my bank in writing that the issue lies on Sony's side. Would help enormously if Sony would deliver products to Ireland but they won't.
