losing tv channels on kd-65xe9305

Ive only had the tv for 2 weeks now, I tune the tv and get around 125 or so channels, the following day when i put the tv on ive only got around 25, it has lost most of them, i retune and get them all again, this keeps on happeing, its done it about 6 tiimes now, any idea

Hi @costakouppas,

 

Within 'Techincal Set-up' (HOME > Settings > Channel setup > Digital setup > Technical Set-up), can you try turning off 'Auto Service Update' and 'Service Replacement' to see if this resolves the issue?

Thanks for the help. will give it a go and come back to you if it works, i take it by doing this it will not auto update but will i get notification if update is avalable

Hi thanks for the help, so far so good, just a question this, will i not get any station updates as i take it i will need them to update

Hi @costakouppas - glad to hear it.  Yes you will need to update manually from now on (but you won't need to do so very often, so hopefully won't be too much of an issue!).
