Here me out.. A controller with an inputting mic. So the players without headsets or having problems with their mics can still interact with people online with the sound still coming from the tv and it can be more interactive in gameplay cause its like your still in the game🤭🤭

Maybe you can send that suggestion to the PlayStation support via one of their social media channels or share it on the platform "reddit" which has multiple PlayStation related "subreddits" as r/PlayStation r/PS4 and r/PS5.
