Hello @nhclarke6,
the BDP-S7200 is no 4K-Blu-Ray-Player.
It only upscales normal 1080p-Blu-Rays to 4K, yet it can't play back real 4K-Blu-Rays.
To play 4K Blu-Rays, you need to purchase a 4K-Blu-Ray-Player which you can identify by their model number starting with "UBP".
