I made the mistake of buying the Sony Xperia from FNB Smart Devices! My first one's vibration settings and aux port just decide after 6months that it doesn't want to work anymore and after sending it back too Sony twice they said they will replace it. i've had the new phone for about two weeks and thi morning i got a notification of a software update that i did and now the phone just died! It does not want to switch on or even charge it's just dead! Now the phone needs to go back AGAIN!!
