Does your home router have anything like MAC filtering or a wireless access list enabled? It would probably be an idea to log into your router and flick through the setup headings to get an idea of the configuration.

Yes, sounds like router problems/settings.

thanks for the reply. Can you suggest why all other devices eg.laptop and my wife's kindle connect and operate with the router? Not sure how to log into my router.

Regarding the connectivity, have you done all the Adobe/Reader bits as per manual ?

And when you go to Settings, WiFi, does it actually try to to connect to available hotspots ?

Have done the Adobe/Reader bits and all ok there.Connected no problem in a holiday flat at New Year but will not work at home where all other connected hard ware works fine.One of life's little mysteries! Does try to connect but fails.
