prs 350 stuck in demo mode

I got a PRS 350 for Christmas and it's stuck in demo mode. Pressing the hard-reset button with a pin doesn't seem to be doing anything, and I can't find any other info online - the get-out-of-demo-mode stuff I've found has been for other models and not applicable.

Anyone know how to sort this before I go bugging tech support?

welcome to Questions & Answers..

I'm guessing you may have done a soft reset as opposed to hard reset as the procedure is very similar..:smileyconfused:

Warning this will delete all content on your Reader and restore it back to factory settings..

Reset the Reader by pressing the Reset hole (1) with a small pin or clip.

After 5 seconds, slide the Power switch to restart the Reader.

When the screen displays Opening book

Press and hold both the < (2) key and & magnify + (2) key simultaneously until the Reset all screen appears.

Once the Reser All screen appears press the Options button (3) to continue.
