Focus NOT working HDR-TG1E/TG3E

I can not focus either in manual or auto mode , all I can see is a blurred vision

Tried auto and manual mode settings

I might as well through the camera in the bin

Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
