Will the XJ90 remote work on a XH90?

I see that the XJ90 remote has extra shortcut buttons for Disney+ and Prime video. 

Will this remote work on an XH90 which only has 2 shortcut buttons?

If so can I buy the XJ90 remote separate and from where please, does anyone know the exact model?

According to the specifications of the X90J the European remote is RMF-TX520E.

As this is a community of customers I doubt if you will get a definitive answer but as Amazon lists RMF-TX500 as similar I would have thought that the chances are good. However if the extra shortcut buttons work it is a case of try and see. The advantage of buying from Amazon is you can always return it for free.

Of course, that remote is only sold using Amazon rather than by Amazon.  For the OP, did you manage to get a definitive answer?

I still think they would return fine, but as you say I prefer sold and delivered by Amazon, saves hassle for returns and payment refunds. 

I haven’t ordered it as it’s £50 for 2 extra buttons, so will just see how goes for now.
