Anyone else had trouble with sony and vat receipt?
I've phoned I've emailed them and keep getting same reply send us a vat receipt I've told them the store I bought it from was a pay weekly store and dont do vat receipts I've gave Sony all the information they asked for it's just not on a regular receipt it's on a4 paper but all info is there what they asked for but sony still wont except this
I've been in contact with sony over 3 months and still cant seem to get problem solved
