Is it possible to secure the built-in Chromecast server of Bravia AF9 to prevent unauthorized access by others on the same network? I didn't yet find any solution for it.
As it turns out there is no option to secure the built-in Chromecast server. Anyone connected to the same network can broadcast to the TV. This is a limitation of the Google Chromecast protocol, not the Sony firmware.
