I couldn't find official word about it, but testing on my switch (which is managed) it shows 100Mbit, Full Duplex. I guess Sony isn't very proud about it.
In fact it's very difficult to find any documentation about XD93, which would for example explain in detail what various settings are doing.
My experience with Sony support was fairly polite, but very schematic and quite ignorant. They tend to blame every other piece of electronic equipment, just not their TV.
It is however pretty common approach among consumer electronic manufacturers in my experience.
