I believe the rollout OTA is either slow or being stalled. If you absolutely must have the update you can download it to a USB drive or unfortunately you have to be patient.
I have an XD7005 that has not received it yet and is running just fine, so reading all the trouble that others are having on here, I shall stick with what I have.
