Missing Freesat Channel

Model KD-43X80K: I've noticed that ITV1+1 (Freesat chan 112) isn't available. I've tried retuning without success. I also use a Bravia KDL-32WD756 connected via a HUMAX HB-1100S set top box and ITV1+1 (Freesat chan 112) is available. This rather suggests that this is a device issue not a source one.

I've seen on other forums advice on manual tuning to resolve this, however when I tried to select this in Settings it isn't apparently available for Freesat.

Any advice please.

Hey there, have you tried to manually tune this channel specifically? Maybe you can find it that way.

Thanks. I thought of that and went thru the menus and found it, having established the tuning details online, however the option was grey'd out and couldn't be selected to try a manual tune. A new question, is this non- availability typical or am I missing something obvious?

Not really usually you should be able to find it! If you can use digital tuning, then you should be able to use manual tuning, which leads me to believe that there's something wrong!
Try to remove the cable and see if the option will still be greyed out or not.
