I have a HT-ZF9 Soundbar and a 43XD8305 TV....the sound from the Subwoofer just keeps dropping, going off and on....resetting will work for 10 mins and its back
Anyone had the same issues......is there a fix?

I found the following troubleshooting steps you could try:
The reference is to page 34 in the manual.
I would put my hopes on changing the RF Channel and only try the other tips if that doesn't improve the connection.

Make sure there are no electro-magnitic devices located between soundbar and subwoofer, if issue still the same you can contact Sony reps, they will direct you to the service center for inspection.

Thanks for the replies....my Virgin Router sits on the floor below the Soundbar....could that be it?

that could be the issue and interfer with the wireless connection between the soundbar and the subwoofer.
Have you tried changing the channel though first?
