Trying to purchase a tv over £1000 advertised with free installation and demo…but charging me at checkout?

I'm attempting to purchase a tv which is advertised with free installation and demonstration. Whilst in the basket when asked what form of delivery I would like the option for installation and demo is coming with a charge, even though the promotion states that it's free until December. Hope this is now clear?
Hi @W11KSD Sorry, yes clear now. It is not a question that us fellow customers can answer. You will need to contact Sony (I assume that is the Retailer) for an answer. Do they not have contact information on the website?
