Dead remote

The remote on my KD-49XE8396 has just died? Was working fine then the TV froze and I had to reboot it, now nothing (I’ve tried changing the batteries) I’ve tried the remote from my other Sony TV and that works fine 

How do I get a replacement? I’ve had the TV less than a year ☹️

It's just an attempt but try to leave it without batteries for at least a minute.
