Hi can anyone help with a set up issue. I set up my Sony Bravia XR 55A95K without the optional Bravia Cam. Now I want to install the Cam but can't see how to do it. It does not appear in the list of Settings/Remotes and Accessories so I have no way of selecting it to install. I have been through the set up again but this time the set up doesn't ask me if I want to install the Cam. I have done a soft reset and a hard reset and now I am out of options. Before I take the TV back to factory settings and do a reinstall, is there any way to install the cam? When I close the Cam shutter on the top of the Cam, the TV acknowledges that the cam is shut, but that's all. I cannot get it to respond or connect when the Cam is "open".

Hi @jprice126 Just in case you haven't seen it, software version v6.5954 is now available which adds what I already have with v6.5929.
Hey, the update resolved the issue for me as well, thank you all ^^
Hi @jprice126
Like you I set up my XR-55A95K without the Bravia Cam as I consider it an unnecessary gimmick. However I am willing to see if I can replicate your problem by connecting the Cam for the first time.
Are you in Europe (this community)? Even if it does work here there is no guarantee it will work in your country.
I will edit this after my test.
Hi there,
I am in the UK, England. Good luck and I would be interested in your success / findings.
I just got this from Sony:

Hi @jprice126 The results of my test.
1. Turned my XR-55A95K off (standby) and connected the camera.
2. Hit the power button on my remote and almost immediately got a light on the camera.
3. Just to be tidy I performed a soft reboot.
4. Checked the Remotes and accessories settings (image below)
Please note I am on software release 6.5929 but I see that the latest software available on the support page (UK) is 6.5770. I can only assume that since I installed mine on 14 June 2022 Sony has pulled the 6.5929 update. I don't know why, I have had zero problems (touch wood).
Ah, lucky you. I have just checked and I am on 6.5770 and it tells me that this is the latest update.
It looks like I will have to wait for the next update to see if it resolves the problem. I just wanted to check that I had explored every possibility and it looks like I had. Thanks so much for your input.
Hey, you can test if the camera is working by installing Google DUO and confirm that the video is shown properly when opening the app. I hope this helps
Thanks for your input. Unfortunately it didn’t help. I think it’s a bug in the software version.
