Bravia Core app is awful and drops login details frequently.

I have signed in to sony,says welcome etc .Go to bravia core..FAILED.using google and emails....

Registration Failed....after asking for date of birth in a weird format...(month/year)Ie..10/1976 ???.Never seen that before.Google account for google tv is fine on tv..first time...If you use other email,still get that date of birth thing.?????

that if you end up like me then nothing you will do will result in you ever
being authenticated to access Core. Best advice I can give is forget about
it , until next time you buy a TV and then remember this experience and act
accordingly.
I never received any help from sony to access Bravia core and I eventually
gave up. Very disappointed in a company that I had always regraded as being
premier in regards to equipment and customer service.
Lucky for me the TV actually broke within the warranty period and was
replaced and guess what the Bravia Core worked on the new TV. It's
obviously very buggy software and they have no fix and no intension of
providing one.
PS the replacement TV has now showing dark shadows on the screen, way to go
sony!
