When playing any video or music, it buzzes/freezes for a second every now and again

Hi,

When ever I play a video or music whether its on youtube or downloaded I get this buzzing sound randomly for 1 or 2 seconds throughout the song/video. I have a brand new VPCS12L9E so it shouldnt do this.

Any ideas please?
