Each time I need to access my account to send an e-mail for Sony, there are two problems:
- The system says that the user name or password is incorrect
- And when i get through, it’s not able to send the e-mail!!!!!
Please, see the attached images!!!
I got frustrated from Sony’s service!!!! They don’t have service at all!!!!
