How to remove the Ram??

Hi,

Following my post earlier I have been told that the issue in relation to my black screen may be due a faulty ram. Can anyone tell me how to remove this? I seem to be struggling to remove the back cover (don't laugh). Step by step instructions would be excellent if possible. I have already removed the hard drive and power supply.
