Hello,
I have had the WF-1000XM4 for 5 months and it worked fine.
However now, when I try to connect to the earbuds from my Android phone or any other device, it just connects to one of the earbuds. Sometimes it connects to the left and sometimes it connects only to the right ear.
I have to disconnect and reconnect multiple times and sometimes it takes ages to connect to both the earbuds.
Sometimes it never connects to both the earbuds no matter what I do.
I have tried to factory reset the earbuds completely, and the issue remains the same while connecting to my Mac. It is also having trouble pairing to my phone and my PC.
Feeling helpless, please help.
