Connection issue

my sony tablet s will not connect to the internet.. i have entered all info required but it refuses connect. all other laptops etc are connected without any issues so it is not our connection. i have also had to reset 3 times since receiving the tablet today. any ideas before i take back and ask for replacement or refund?
