I've ordered a software to install in my Vaio but when i insert it, it is like the BD drive is empty. However i can see underneath the cd that it is written so it should be working. I have try to instert other cds with some files and they worked properly.
My laptop is Sony Vaio model VGn-AR71M.
I have paid 200 euros for this cd and i cannot use it....Please help!!!
