My laptop has been collected back to your repair centre for THREE TIMES, due to the same freeze/blue error screen problem. Very disturbly, however the problem still remains after I received my laptop for the third time yesterday.
For the third time repair, I have waited for almost one month to receive it back. And be informed that the main board was replaced. I assumed that this time the problem would be fixed. But no!!!!! I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo disappointed!!!
I can hardly accept a forth repairment, which in my opinion would again become a huge waste of time and finally a big disappointment. I wonder if a replacement would be possible.
Any one had similar situations?
