Hi - I have a brand new vaio s-type. Working fine but vaio update when I click it says "Could not acquire information". It redirects me to a site which says it could not recognise my laptop.
When I click on the check update tab after a while, it says "No automatic update programs are available".
Yet I am registered, the sony vaio site recognises me, etc etc.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
