Sony VAIO VGN-AR11M MOTION EYE CAMERA PROBLEM

My girlfriend has a Sony Vaio FE with a Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC1 motion eye camera and it seems to work OK, it looks good although in 320 mode.
I have a VAIO VGN AR-11M and my Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC2 really sucks. It has a really poor image in 320 mode and I can not make it better or see it in 640.
This is not the first problem I have with my VAIO. Also, I had to buy a Sound Blaster Audigy PCMCIA because the sigmatel audio card failed in games.
Can anybody help me with this?

I'have a similar problem...a very bad sound quality, like scratchs on ancients disks. The very strange fact is that I've no problem if I use Wiondows Media Player. I think this is not normal. I've this problem since the first day I've purchased the notebook.
