Microsoft Word Starter 2010 came preinstalled with my new laptop. It started fine and I used it several times. Then when I last went to use it, an error box displayed the following:
Microsoft Office has encountered a problem with licensing and will need to close. If the problem persists uninstall and reinstall your product.
The problem I have is that my laptop did not come with a Microsoft Office disc so I can't reinstall it. I have Windows 7 64 bit.
Does anyone know a way to fix this error? Thank you.
