Does the VAIO EB4X1E support SATA3 6 Gb/s and is it possible to upgrade to an Intel 510 250GB SSD Sata3 6GB/s or similar?

I think the Intel HM55 Express Chipset is only capable of SATA speeds up to 3GB/s.

You would need a computer with the Intel HM65 Express Chipset to be capable of a transfer rate of 6GB/s.
