i restarted my computer to factory setting unfortunately the power cut off in the process of this, when the power came on i restarted the computer and now it just runs a loop of a runtime error i need help to sort this please

i restarted my sony desktop pc to factory setting, unfortunately during this process the power to the computer got lost, when i restarted the computer i started it normally, and then after a couple of minuites the computer showeda error messaage and now only goes to restart link please help
