I have a PCV-A112M. The fan is noisy, what can I do?

I've had my Vaio for about 3 years and had no problems until recently. I use it a lot and now find that the fan gets noisy after time. What can I /what should I  do about it?

The cause could be a build up of dust, you could try cleaning the vents with a blast of compressed air (you should be able to get this from your local PC shop), check the  instructions on the can before using because if used incorrectly you  could damage the fan..
