HELP !!!

I have been trying to update the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 Graphics Driver for my Vaio VGN-FW11E with a little update utility I downloaded directly from the AMD website (http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx).

When I open it (as Administrator) I get this message:

"ATI Catalyst Mobility cannot be downloaded due to incompatible hardware/software on your computer.

The version of your graphics adapter is not supported.

Please contact your notebook manufacturer for a graphics driver update."

I need to make this latest update direct from AMD work.

Help also needed. Exact same problem. Need this update to stop my laptop crashing whenever I'm playing games.

Not happy with Sony, been told that they hold back updates. It should not be upto Sony whether I update the graphics driver on my laptop.

Help needed please.

Hello...Tell Me something...The Drivers you have download are 64bit or 32...exacly like your laptop?...send me the exacly Operating System...:)..
Maybe you have download the wrong bit system drivers...
