HELP WITH DOWNLOADS

Hello

Can anyone help me? I am trying to download photos and texts from my mobile to my sony, I have installed the software which came with the phone, but it tells me that I am not an administrator and need a download! What?

I have no idea what I have to do, as I am a bit of a non starter when it comes to tech stuff, I need it explaining to me in layman terms. does anyone have the time to help me please  thank you

Hi rottiladi,

In my experience computers combined with mobile phone software can be a bit of a mine field. However, have you tried right clicking the icon that launches the mobile phone application and select ‘Run as Administrator’?

If that fails to resolve the problem then details of the mobile phone and software may help someone to provide a more in depth answer.
