Let me start off by saying that I have tried ringing Vaio support at great cost, and they failed to resolve the problem, so I refuse to spend more money trying to solve an issue that isn't my fault.
The issue to which I refer is the problem with the update to Corel WinDVD BD for Vaio. Since this update has been installed, many Vaio laptop users (including myself) are now unable to play Blu Rays.

I simply created this discussion to hopefully bring it to the attention of Sony Support, so that they can provide a solution to the problem. After all, we have all paid to have Blu Ray drives, so we should be able to use them!
