Can someone tell me where the online chat is hidden??

I have found this site infuriating I just want to know where the online chat is hidden????

Hi Dave

It's the blind leading the blind until we get used to the new Support site!

Try clicking on 'Support' at the top of this page, then 'Contact Us', at the bottom, then 'Vaio & Computing'.

Enter your Vaio's Serial Number and your Support Page will open.

You will see contact telephone number(s) and, if your Vaio is still within Warranty, an email form and also a 'Chat' section on the far right.

Chat and email is only available during the free support period while your Vaio is within Warranty.

Just to be clear for other users, Chat is only available in the following circumstances: -

1. In-Warranty only (Vaio has been Registered).
2. UK & Ireland only.
3. When an agent is available.
