help please,wen i put a cd in it plays real slow on media player and sonic stage

Do you mean that it takes a long time to register the disk or does the audio play at reduced speed?

If it's playing at reduced speed then reboot the computer & try again. If that doesn't work then try a different media player such as winamp or vlc.
